Welcome to MintTrack (简重)! We attach great importance to the protection of users' privacy and personal information. Through the MintTrack Basic Features Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this "Privacy Policy"), we explain how we collect, use, store, share, and transfer such information when you use our products and/or services, as well as the methods we provide for you to access, update, delete, and protect such information. Our basic features include account registration and sign-in, and the display of articles/service information. During your use of the above features, we will collect and use necessary information related to you, including your mobile phone number, email address, etc. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to properly use the corresponding products and/or services.
In addition to the basic features, we also provide certain additional features, including features that rely on system permissions and features involving public posting of information. You may choose to separately agree or disagree to our collection and use of personal information involved in these additional features. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to properly use the relevant additional features, but this will not affect your use of our basic features. Please note that, as the versions and scope of products/services selected by different users may vary, if the collection and use rules displayed for specific features differ from this Privacy Policy, the rules displayed for the specific feature shall prevail. The feature scenarios we provide and the personal information collected and used are as follows:
When you register to use MintTrack services, you need to provide your mobile phone number. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending an SMS verification code, and we will identify and display the corresponding carrier through SIM card information. Your account name is your default nickname. You may choose to modify and supplement your nickname, avatar, account name, and real-name verification information. Such information constitutes your "account information".
After registration, you may choose to sign in using your MintTrack account information, or authorize us to obtain your third-party account information for sign-in. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to sign in and use our products and/or services. In this case, you may use browsing and search features, and we will not collect the personal information mentioned above.
In order to display articles or services to you, we will collect your device information (including device model, OAID/IDFA, IDFV, operating system and application version, language settings, and resolution) and browser type to rank relevant content and adapt it to your app version and device interface. After you expressly authorize us, we will also collect your location-related information (GPS location information, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information) when you use the information display and search features.
1. Rules for requesting and using app permissions
To enable you to experience more features, we may need to access system permissions to collect and use the necessary personal information. If you do not enable these permissions, it will not affect your use of our basic features, but you may not be able to use certain additional features. For the specific purposes of using system permissions, you can configure them item by item through "Settings - Privacy Settings". If there is no such setting item, it means there is no corresponding feature and no corresponding collection of personal information.
2. Rules for public posting of information
In the course of using MintTrack services, you may publicly post your questions about articles, your experience of products described in articles, the app, etc., or other content through article comments, including replies to others' comments.
Please note that when you post information, your account information (nickname and avatar) and the content you post will be made public after publication. Please choose carefully. If the information you post contains personal information of others, please obtain their consent in advance before posting.
1. To better optimize the service experience and make product upgrade decisions, we will perform statistical analysis of your use of our products or services. In this process, we will encrypt the collected data to ensure that it cannot be traced back to a specific individual, and then use such data for machine learning, algorithm/model training, and other data analysis and mining.
2. When we need to use your personal information for purposes not described in this Privacy Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other different purposes, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance.
3. For features and scenarios not specifically explained in this Privacy Policy, we will display the relevant rules for the collection and use of personal information when you actually use the relevant features or scenarios, and obtain your explicit consent.
1. Use of cookies
When you use our services, we may place a small data file called a cookie on your computer or mobile device. The purposes are to reduce the steps required for you to sign in each time you visit, remember your shopping preferences and items in your shopping cart, provide you with a personalized shopping experience, optimize your interaction with advertisements, confirm your sign-in status, and safeguard your account and data security.

Please note that when you use our services, if you choose to voluntarily share or publicly share information, it may involve your or third parties' personal information, including sensitive personal information. Please consider carefully and ensure your decision is made prudently. If personal information of third parties is involved, please ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization.
Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, we will store your personal information only for the period necessary and the shortest time required as described in this Privacy Policy. If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, and will notify you in advance as required by relevant laws and regulations. 2. For children's personal information that may involve children under the age of 14, we further take the following measures to safeguard it:
(1) For children's personal information collected, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, we will adhere to the principles of legitimacy, necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security safeguards, and lawful use, strictly comply with laws and regulations such as the Provisions on Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information, store, use and disclose such information, and not exceed the period necessary to achieve the purposes of collection and use. Upon expiration, we will delete or anonymize such information.
(2) When you, as a guardian, choose to use MintTrack services for the child under your guardianship, we may need to collect the child's personal information to provide the necessary services to you. When you use the article comment feature, you may proactively provide children's personal information. Please be fully informed and make careful choices.
(3) Children or their guardians have the right to access and correct children's personal information at any time, and may also request correction and deletion. If you have any opinions, suggestions, complaints, or reports regarding children's personal information, please contact us. We will always be ready to assist you.
1. In order to continuously improve service quality and adapt to the ongoing development of the MintTrack business, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please rest assured that without your explicit consent, we will not reduce any of the rights you enjoy under this Privacy Policy. We will publish the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the MintTrack website and mobile apps, and will notify you of relevant changes via website announcements or other appropriate means before the new policy takes effect. 2. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice (for example, by email, SMS, or a special notice while browsing), explaining the specific changes to the Privacy Policy.
